Protocol to Get Questions Answered
- Check your Home Office training handbook.
- Search in the Sunshine Team training website – regularly updated so always check.
- Ask on the Sunshine Team’s Facebook group page – tagging your Sponsor/Team Leader.
- Contact your sponsor – the person who you signed up under.
- Contact your immediate Team Leader.
- Go to your upline Team Leader, then their upline and so on.
The Home Office should be contacted very rarely with the exception of technical issues. For technical issues with your ecommerce website or with OPOL not working, please contact Tech Support at corporate. Thank you.
